At the end of October, we had the pleasure of celebrating the success of our first class of work-study students, who brilliantly obtained their Professional Qualification Certificate for Cabin Crew (CQP PNC). We are proud of their achievements and their commitment.
Accompanied by our cabin crew mentors, our work-study students acquired the skills essential to performing their future duties. In a spirit of teamwork and kindness, our experienced cabin crew guided them and passed on their knowledge and passion for their profession.
Parallèlement aux heures de vols passées à bord de nos appareils aux cotés de leur tuteur, cette première promotion d’alternants PNC a bénéficié d’un parcours de formation et de certification très complet (commerciale, sécurité des vols…) grâce à nos différents partenaires :
- AFMAÉ, CQP training
- Les Guyards, certifying body for the CQP PNC (Certificate of Professional Competence for Flight Attendants)
- ASSOCIATION JEREMY, training for the CCA (Cabin Crew Attestation)
- AKTO, skills operator providing support for work-study contracts
- FNAM (National Federation of Aviation and Related Professions), our industry organization behind the CQP PNC initiative
