The https://www.hop.fr/fr website (hereinafter the "Website") is published by HOP! SAS (hereinafter "HOP!"). In this regard, HOP! may collect and process personal data relating to Internet users browsing and interacting with the Webite.

As data controller, HOP! processes the following data :

  • the collection of statistics on the Site on the basis of our legitimate interest; or

The recipients of your data are, where applicable

  • HOP! staff (HR, legal teams, etc. each only to the extent they are required to process); or
  • HOP! service providers (subcontractors) in the context of the performance of their services (each for what is strictly necessary).

HOP! concludes contracts with its subcontractors that precisely define the terms and conditions for the processing of personal data, in compliance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data.

6. Transfers of your data

HOP! may transfer personal data outside the European Union as part of the IT tools it uses for its activities.

In order to secure data transfers and guarantee a sufficient level of protection for data transfers outside the EU/EEA, HOP! has implemented the following technical and operational measures:

  • We have signed a "Data Processing Agreement" with our subcontractors that includes standard contractual clauses as validated by the CJEU; or
  • We have verified the numerous security measures and safeguards put in place by our subcontractors, such as ISO 27001 certification or data encryption.

These data transfers are limited to what is technically necessary to us.

7. Duration of data storage

Data relating to the browsing of visitors to the Website are kept for a maximum of six (6) months from the date of their collection, on the cookies deposited on your browser if applicable.

Applications are kept for one (1) year and are accessible to the HOP! Human Resources Department for the purposes of their review. In the event of recruitment, data collected during the application process may be processed for the duration of employment and to fill further legal requirements, to the extent of what is to be kept in the professional file of the person concerned.

We are aware of the private nature and importance of your data and we make every effort to keep it secure.

HOP! has put in place technical and organizational measures adapted to the degree of sensitivity of personal data, with a view to ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of data and protecting it against any malicious intrusion, loss, alteration or disclosure to unauthorized third parties.

We use technologies such as HTTPS and Transport Layer Security.

To prevent fraud, we require a proof of identity before agreeing to any request of access, deletion or modification of any personal data that we hold.

Depending on the circumstances, you may also have the right to:

We have one month to respond to requests to exercise these rights. We may take longer depending on the difficulty of the request. In such case, we will inform you.

If you believe, after having contacted us, that your rights regarding your personal data are not being observed, you can submit a complaint to the competentData Protection Authority..
